Communication channel for reporting workplace coexistence situations

At RP Médicas and YourCare, we are committed to fostering a respectful and safe work environment, free from any conduct that may affect healthy workplace coexistence.

For this reason, the Workplace Coexistence Committee makes this communication channel available to all employees, through which they may confidentially report any situation related to coexistence conflicts, alleged workplace harassment, or any conduct that may affect well-being within the organization.

To submit a formal report, please download and complete the Alleged Workplace Harassment Complaint Form, available in this section. Once completed, the form must be sent to comiteconvivencia@rpmedicas.com or delivered to any member of the Workplace Coexistence Committee.

Functions of the Workplace Coexistence Committee

The purpose of the Workplace Coexistence Committee is to:

• Promote working relationships based on respect, tolerance, and teamwork.
• Receive and review complaints related to alleged workplace harassment.
• Facilitate opportunities for dialogue and conciliation between the parties involved.
• Make recommendations to improve the organizational climate.
• Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of the information received.
